FOR COSMETOLOGY STUDENTS

Studying Infection Control —

But It All Starts Running Together?

Stop memorizing. Start remembering.

I’m creating a different kind of infection-control study tool—built around simple explanations and the memory tricks I used with my beauty school students.

Sometimes Another Definition Isn’t What You Need

You can read the definition ten times and still draw a blank when you see it on a test.

When I taught beauty school, I learned that sometimes my students just needed me to say:

“Here. Think about it THIS way.”

That’s where my memory tricks came from.

OSHA

OSHA makes me think “Oh shit!”

Something unsafe just happened — so think workplace SAFETY.

EPA

Think about the disinfectant sitting on the shelf.

EPA registers disinfectants.

Clean → Disinfect → Sterilize

You don't start at the highest level.

Clean it first. Then disinfect. Sterilization is the highest level.

What I’m Creating for You

This isn’t another giant study guide filled with hundreds of things to memorize.

I’m creating a small, focused study system to help you understand—and remember—the infection-control concepts that are easy to mix up.

PLAIN-ENGLISH EXPLANATIONS
No textbook language when ordinary English will do.

MISS SHAUNETT’S MEMORY TRICKS
The silly, simple, and sometimes slightly inappropriate tricks that helped my students remember.

DON’T-CONFUSE-THESE COMPARISONS
Side-by-side explanations of terms and concepts that sound alike or are easy to mix up.

ORIGINAL PRACTICE QUESTIONS
A small set of questions to see whether you can actually use what you learned.

WHY THE ANSWER IS RIGHT
Not just an answer key. I’ll explain why the correct answer is correct—and why the other choices aren’t.

FINAL MEMORY CHECK
A short check at the end to see what actually stuck.

The goal isn’t to give you MORE to study.
The goal is to make what you already have to learn easier to remember.

Here’s What I’m Really Testing

I’m nearing 50, and I gave myself a challenge:

Can an ordinary person use AI to help build a real online business from scratch—with no more than $100?

No employees.
No giant advertising budget.
No pretending I made a million dollars overnight.

Just $100, knowledge I already have, and AI helping me figure out what to do next.

AI helped me research the market, and it told me something I didn’t expect:

Don’t build the product yet.

First, prove that real cosmetology students actually want the way I teach.

So I Need 5 Students.

I'm offering the first version of Miss Shaunett’s Infection Control Memory System for an early-access price of $7.

If 5 students preorder, I'll create it.

If I don't reach 5 preorders by October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, I won't pretend the idea worked.

I'll refund your $7.

If we reach five, you’ll be one of the first students to receive the completed Infection Control Memory System—and you'll get it for the original $7 early-access price.

Before You Preorder

This is an early-access preorder.

Miss Shaunett’s Infection Control Memory System has not been created yet.

I’m testing whether at least 5 cosmetology students are willing to pay $7 for this way of learning before I build it.

If at least 5 students preorder by October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, I’ll create the first version and send it to everyone who preordered.

If fewer than 5 students preorder, I’ll refund your $7.

A Few Important Things to Know

This is an independent educational study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIC, Milady, any state licensing board, or any examination provider.

The practice questions will be original study questions. They are not actual, recalled, leaked, or official licensing-exam questions.

Licensing requirements and examination content vary by state. Always check your state's current candidate bulletin and licensing requirements.

Five students decide what happens next.
